Customer Review
I recently purchased one of your English willow bats and I'm genuinely impressed. The balance is perfect for my playing style, and the quality of the wood is evident from the first touch. It's held up beautifully through regular practice and matches. Definitely worth the investment for serious cricketers.

Frequently asked questions
Find answers to common questions about our cricket bats and products.
English Willow is premium quality wood that offers superior performance, better stroke play, and longer durability. Kashmir Willow is more affordable and suitable for beginners or practice sessions.
Bat size depends on your height and age. Stand the bat upright next to you - the top should reach your hip. We offer sizes from 0 to 6 (Harrow) for juniors and Short Handle or Long Handle for adults.
Yes, all English Willow bats require knocking in before use. This process compresses the wood fibers and prevents cracking. We recommend 6-8 hours of knocking with a bat mallet, followed by net practice with old balls.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused bats in original packaging. Exchanges are available for manufacturing defects within 30 days. Custom-made or knocked-in bats cannot be returned.
We ship across all over world within 3-7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders within 5-7 days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For Custom order within 1-2 weeks
Apply linseed oil to the face, edges, and back every 3-4 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a bat cover for protection. Avoid moisture and never leave your bat in a car or damp area.

Things to Remember
- A cricket bat is not going to look new forever and cracks will appear with use.
- Bats are made of natural timber and have an incredibly hard task of hitting a solid cricket ball repeatedly.
- Cracks can occur during the knocking-in process and do not necessarily resemble a fault or defect.
- Cracking may be an indication of insufficient knocking-in, improper preparation or use, soft willow, bad quality cricket ball, etc.
- A small amount of cracking is normal and has no impact on the performance of the bat.
- The lifespan of a bat depends on the amount of use and care taken.
- Added protection such as Extratec and toe protection is highly recommended for enhanced longevity.
- Some bats may require more or less preparation than initially advised. Knocking-in time is a general guide and does not mean that once you have completed the hours that your bat is ready.
- The price of a bat does not reflect the potential longevity of the willow. In fact, the more expensive bats are made of softer willow and though they will usually outperform cheaper bats, they may not last as long.
Product Return Policy
Warranty Return: SpotOn Sports will always endeavor to process warranty returns within a reasonable time frame. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault. If the problem is a minor fault, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
